CDC s.r.l is working on the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility Management System in order to obtain the international standard SA8000 (Social Accountability 8000).
The SA8000 guarantees the social responsibility promoting the ethical working condition and rejects any kind of inhuman working conditions such as exploitation, unfair wages and unsafe workplace enviroment.
This standard is based on principles established by international human rights norms and national labour laws and described in UN Declaration of Human Rights, conventions of the ILO (International Labour Organization) and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) to struggle also any kind of discimination against women.
